Reservations run on WooCommerce products of a dedicated type. Add a product (Products → Add new product) and pick Booking from the type list in the Product data panel.
Switching the type changes the tabs on the left — the first one becomes Price List, and a Spectator Views tab appears as well:
On a new product the Quantity mode field reads Inherit global default (Guests), meaning the product follows the global setting. See chapter 8.
