The module adds three WooCommerce notifications. They are configured under WooCommerce → Settings → Emails like any store e-mail, with a subject, a heading, additional content and a preview.

The cancellation link is signed with a token tied to one reservation, so it works only for its recipient and only until the moment set by Cancellation cutoff.
